Okay, so I’ve been absent for a few days. Well, I replaced my hard drive. I have two, but the old one is already giving me problems. My computer has been freezing up and I hear this sort of clanking noise from the tower. I did a quick inspection and listened carefully so I would know which part is making the noise. My sister offered to buy the new hard drive, an 80GB Seagate Ultra ATA. I don’t know if the old one would still work if I try to defrag it, but I don’t have time right now.

Contest Ends Soon

My free domain and blog hosting contest is ending soon. I am extending the date for submissions until Friday, February 1, 2008. If you know anyone who needs their own web niche, please encourage them to join. I have 4 entries so far, and I will be inviting other bloggers to judge with me and choose the deserving winner. I will run this same contest again, probably after 4-6 months. Giving away something free is pretty cool, huh?
Anyway, I’ve been ordering some stuff through ebay. I bought “Into the Wild” by Jon Krakauer and “The Hobbit” by JRR Tolkien. Both books are used, but still looks new. I also bought Smallville Season 6 DVD. I’ve actually seen the whole season on TV, but I want to have the original copies.
Kyle XY’s second half have started 3 weeks ago. I’ve downloaded the first 2 episodes and I haven’t started watching them because I want to burn them on DVDs because I don’t like watching on my PC. Lately, I’ve been watching House. We have seasons 1 through 3, and I’m still on season 1. I really like this series because it’s witty and humorous.

Anyway, my friend is getting married on the 23rd of February, and we’re all excited for him. He actually mass spammed our inboxes just to let us know he’s tying the not knot. *lol* My friends and I are planning to buy him wedding gifts, and I thought maybe I’d get him cufflinks and a really cute lingerie for his wife-to-be. This is going to be the first friend’s wedding I’ll attend to. But, I think I’ll have a problem. I have an internship on that day, maybe I can ask my boss to give me a day off. I am quite excited!
