I have trouble sleeping at night and I think it’s because of my pillows. Most of the time I wake up with back ache or a stiff neck. My sister got me one of those therapeutic pillows for Christmas and it helped relieve those stiff necks I get in the morning. I am also looking into getting a new mattress. I saw an interesting article at ShopWiki on how to choose a new mattress.
That got me to thinking, I think I should redecorate my bedroom. The paint on the wall is plain white which looks a bit empty to me. I want a room that feels like me. I am going to start doing researches on different bedroom designs and incorporate home furnishings and decor. I want a new comforter to match my pillow covers.
My mom also thinks it’s a good idea to work on different plans to redecorate our house. I want our house to feel more homey and comfortable. A new paint job is in order.

Better Bathrooms
I’ve mentioned on one of my previous entries that the bathroom tells a lot of things about the people living in the house. It’s true. When I walk into someone’s house for the first time, the first thing I’ll do is ask where the bathroom is. After a quick inspection, I would have an idea how this person or the people in the house, live.
I know a lot of people are a lot like me, because of that, I have different ideas on how my bathroom would look like when I have my own home. I would like to have one of those bathroom suites, with freestanding basins, a walk in shower, maybe a whirlpool bath. My bathroom will be another room where I can relax and maybe feel like I am in a spa.

I went condo hunting with my friend today. She wants a place near her job, so we headed to the business district, Makati City. My friend is quite particular with the amenities in a condo unit. One of her particulars is a mini bar. The kind where she can have our friends over and have parties.
We found one at the heart of Makati and the condo unit she chose is just beautiful. She signed the contract already and she is set to move within the week. We are going to shop for a few furniture pieces including bar stools for her mini bar. Since we are going to do a little makeover of the condo unit, we are trying to research a few pieces that will go well with her ideas.
