I wasn’t aware that 325,000 people die in a year - or nearly 900 per day because of Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA). In most cases, this happens without a warning. I know of some people who’s dad was taken away because of SCA. It could’ve been treated in minutes. It is a fact that when SCA occurs, it can be treated within 4 to 6 minutes, otherwise, the result may be fatal.

However, with the help of CPR¹ to help keep the blood pumping, and a shock from either the Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) or automated external defibrillator (AED), sudden cardiac arrests can be prevented.
