Isn’t It Ironic?

Ryan and I watched Iron Man today at Glorietta 4. As part of the movie going experience, we bought a bag of popcorn and drinks, found our reserved seats inside the cinema extra early, and enjoy the trailer. I like seeing upcoming movies before the real movie starts.

Cinema 3 was packed at the 2pm screening time. Honestly, I don’t like a packed cinema. I want an empty seat beside me next to Ryan. Anyway, the movie was nothing I imagined it to be. Well, I didn’t like the trailer, so I thought the film would suck. I was surprised that I actually liked it. I thought Robert Downey Jr. doesn’t suit the role given that he’s at his 40s and superheroes are usually younger, but, he gave the role of Tony Stark / Iron Man, justice. Don’t expect a lot of action in this film. Take it as Batman Begins, where the character’s origin is being told for the first time. The lines in the film were induced with witty humor here and there, so I really did like it. I highly recommend this film to anyone who loves to watch a good movie. Well worth your time and money.

Just a tip, please stay after the credits. You don’t want to miss an after credit scene *wink*

gahhh we missed the credits. pft. sperman was rushing to go out. lol. but we both love this movie! it’s the best film so far for this year!

There is an after credits scene? Didn’t get to watch it! Huhu. But yes, Iron Man is wonderful. I love it!

my nephew and bro watched it the other day. my bro was so amazed by it, the story, the effects, everything. he wanted me to watch it too but then he ended up telling me how the story went. blah. hahaha. glad you enjoyed the movie, and thank you for the tip!

I just watched it yesterday… because of my four-hour break. Haha. Instead of doing nothing, I and my friends went to the mall and watched it. Nakapuslit pa kami sa premier section — Lol — because there were only a few number of people who were watching it tsaka wala yung bantay.

Yup. It’s really a good movie. And yes, those people out there who are planning to watch it should stay on their seats until after the credits…
