If I Had a Super Power
Sep 5, 2008 Daily Blurbs, reviews
As of the moment, the super power that I want is to be able to enter the realms of the books I read. In particular, I want to enter the Twilight Saga. I can’t get over the fact that I am done reading the books: Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. There is a possible 5th book, Midnight Sun, Edward’s POV. But since the one of the drafts of the book surfaced on the internet, Stephenie Meyer is hesitating to continue writing it, which is… really devastating.
Anyway, I really find this super power quite interesting. Being able to enter in and out of my favorite scenes in a book I am reading. I wonder how it would feel if it were true… I bet it’ll be FUN and at the same time exciting and scary. I mean, imagine all the vampires that are not vegetarians that will surround me? Maybe, I can steal Edward from Bella. Ha! Wishful thinking…
It’s a great power, though. I may change my mind tomorrow about this. ![]()
1408 (2007)
Aug 6, 2008 reviews
I finally had the guts to watch the movie 1408. Horror, suspense and freaky films used to be my genre, but since I got easily spooked, I stopped watching. I still watch sometimes, but I never watch alone. I watch with my sisters or with friends.
The movie 1408 is a psychological horror film. It was a total mental torture for the main character, Mike1, and for me and my sister, too. The setting is in New York City at the Dolphin Hotel in room 1408. The hotel manager, played by Samuel Jackson tried to stop Mike to stay in the room, but since Mike is a known writer of spooky books, he still insisted to get the room.
Mike’s stay in the room is pure torture. I don’t think I can listen to the song “We’ve Only Just Begun” by The Carpenters. I would go nuts and it might stimulate nightmares! This movie kept me at the edge of my seat. If someone paid me a million dollars to spend an hour in that room, I would truly decline the offer. No way!
This is one of the creepiest from Stephen King. IT is second, just because clowns freak me out.

Vintage Tees
Aug 1, 2008 Buzz, Daily Blurbs, products, reviews
The trends right now are wearing custom made t-shirts or wearing vintage t-shirts. My friend I have a collection of t-shirt designs that we planned on selling a few months back, but we figured it is a lot of work and we don’t have much experience doing this kind of business. A lot of vintage tees are now being sold off online, some even offer designing your own t-shirt, which is great.
The design gallery of VintageTshirtStore.com offers a wide variety of vintage t shirts designs that you can use to create your own vintage tee. The designs are interesting and most of the time unique. Vintage T-Shirts help express a person’s individuality. What makes it more unique is if you can create your own vintage t shirts.
One of the designs I liked is the one that says, “If we couldn’t laugh, then we’d all go insane.” I can imagine it printed on a yellow t-shirt.
