I finally changed my layout after, hmm… 6 months! I have been working on this layout for two weeks, and it’s finally up. I was a bit skeptical about this theme because of the colors I used. I am kind of afraid of pink, and its different shades, but I guess it worked for me this time. I am in the process of finding and fixing bugs, plus weeding out dead links from my blog directory. Hopefully, by the end of the week, everything will be running smoothly.
In other news, my dog, Booboo, is sick. According to the veterinarian, her case is uncommon to her breed. She developed some sort of fungal infection on her paws. The vet said it could be due to the weather changes, or from the food that she eats. I told the vet what I feed her, so that eliminated food as the main cause. The vet gave her some shots and a prescription that she should take for a week. It is a bit hard on my part, since I have to clean her paws twice a day and apply an ointment. Booboo doesn’t want to be touched on her paws, so I always have to run after her. Licking her paws is a problem, so we bought her baby mittens to make sure she doesn’t lick off the ointment. After three days, her paws are almost healed, but I still worry about her. I don’t know what I would do if I lose her. I even told my mom that when I get my own place, I would bring her with me. It sucks that I can’t do more than I can to ease her pain…
As I was reading blogs this afternoon, I found out that my blog is one of the blogs Pao loves to read. She gave me this as a token of love. I believe it’s my turn to spread the love germies to everyone else! Besides Pao’s blog, I always lurk and read these people’s blogs: Sarah, Lexie, Scarty, Nina, Jaypee, Laarni, Shari.

The new layout is a beauty. I’m not usually a fan of pink but it’s working here, I love it.
Aw, poor Booboo. I hope she’s all better soon. My roommate has a dog and even though he’s not mine, after living with him for more than a year now, I love him more than I ever thought I would. I will definitely miss him when my roommate and I move out.

I really like the layout alot. The colors are perfect and go well together.
I hope your dog’s paw continues to heal. I bet it’s painful though. And don’t feel bad that you can’t do more.. you are doing all you can do.. and that’s all that matters.

I hope everything will be okay for your dog. I lost my dog for over 2 years ago, and that’s one of the most worst things that have happened in my life ever.

I am so sorry to hear that your dog is sick! I don’t hope it hurts too much. I also had to put a prescription lotion onto my dogs paws once and it was a circus to keep her from licking it off. Get well soon!

i say, you’re still lucky that she only had fungal infection. Senior’s pee had blood in it so i took him to the vet. We found out what was wrong with him last night. He has u.t.i, stone in urinary, and liver bacteria. aside from vitamins, he has to take 3 meds twice a day, and eat nothing but prescription diet u/d. it’s so hassle for me, and to think he’s not even ours but i still love him and i’m the only one who could take care of him at the moment. count your blessings.

you finally got rid of that summer-y layout you had! heehee. aww im sorry for booboo.. and to you too. but everything’ll be alright! kaso yun nga, you can’t help but worry sometimes. it’ll be hard if something wrong happens to booboo. one of my co-workers took a 2-week vacation…. cuz she had to put her dog to sleep and she’s very depressed.. she had the dog for 17 freakin` years! imagine how old the dog was? but yeah… kaya ako, no matter how bad i want to have a pup, ayaw ko na din, kasi mahihirapan ako once she’s gone.
