Let’s Snap

Advertisers are finding more and more ways to do blog marketing. Snapbomb is another opportunity for us bloggers, who are looking for an extra income, through blog advertising. We help create a buzz on certain products or services by reviewing them.

What I like about this new program is that your incentive is dependent on your blog’s worth. Once you submit your blog, they give you a ballpark figure on how much my blog is worth. The higher the page rank, the more post opportunities and a better income.

They don’t really require you to write 150 words, it depends on each opportunity. If there are no minimum words required, you can type a review with as many words as you can. They also supply the keywords that you can use within your posts, which is quite helpful, and bloggers can easily find a term to relate to in writing their posts.

Something Sweet

Brazil has invaded the malls from their flip-flops, to bags, to raw and processed materials. But let’s talk about something sweet. Let’s talk about Brazilian Sugar. I, for one, cannot live without sweets. I had to have it. It is a treat I give to myself, especially when I need some sugar rush.

Did you know that Brazil and India have been neck and neck in the recent years as the highest sugar producing country? Now, I thought my country was producing more than enough sugar, but right now Brazil holds the title. Oddly enough, the sugar exported from Brazil is just a fraction of the total sugar cane crop grown there. Wow. I remember munching on sugar cane when I was little. Sucking on its sugary goodness!

Friday Booboos

dog, Booboo

Why I Love My Dog:
  1. Dogs keep us relax and patient. When you are experiencing a hard day, when you think you are down on the dumps, petting your dog can help ease your depressing emotions. I find myself stroking Booboo when I am on a bad mood. It helps me relax and I can feel my heart going back to its normal beat. Since dogs are like human babies, I learned to be more patient. Even if Booboo can become really rowdy or naughty and ruins some stuff we own, I still manage to keep my cool and I don’t hit her, like some dog owners do.
  2. Dogs keep us healthy. I do not exercise as much as I want to, but taking Booboo for walks everyday helps me get some. Another thing we do is run around the garden or play fetch. We both benefit our everyday routines, since dogs need exercise, too.
  3. Dogs are carefree. Humans worry too much and I can attest to that. By observing Booboo, I noticed how nothing really worries her and she never passes up an opportunity to feel joy or be joyous in whatever it is that she does. When I am in deep thought, I notice how she would sit really close to me and nuzzle me gently, as if she knows I need to be consoled.
  4. Dogs don’t hold a grudge, they forgive us quickly.
