3 Days

FRIDAY:
So shopping last Friday was a blast! Fortunately, the storm didn’t affect Manila. Unfortunately, some parts of the Philippines were terribly hit by the typhoon and a lot of people died. May God bless their souls…

Back to Friday. We met at Glorietta 4 and ate lunch at KFC. Ryan saw his friend, Glenn, who is now my friend, Dyan’s, boyfriend. Dyan showed up at Glorietta, too. But we went our separate ways because Ryan and I have other plans. We didn’t want to watch a movie. So we hailed a taxi to Market Market.

When we got there, we immediately went to Fashion Market, where different types of clothes, shoes and accessories are sold for the best prices. Yes, cheap! What I like about that mall is that, it’s secure, it’s air conditioned and there is also a place where you can buy gift items called, Gift Market. Ryan and I will go back there to buy presents for Christmas.

Things that I bought:
- 1 striped (yellow & green) blouse from People Are People — Php299
- 2 spaghetti-strapped tops at YRYS — Php99
- 1 blouse at Zara — Php500
- 1 black bolero jacket at a nameless stall — Php300

Ryan bought:
- 1 pair of black leather shoes — Php1700+
- 1 polo shirt — Php199
- 1 jacket — Php1500
- 1 pair of jeans — Php650

After tiring our feet from all the browsing and shopping, we found ourselves looking for a coffee shop. Of course, there’s always the trustee Starbucks when you need a quick fix. Ryan opened the door for me and I entered the cafe, then I bumped into this girl who seemed to have breast enlargement implants. It was so obvious! Anyway, I had Peppermint Mocha Frappe and he had Mocha Frappe. We also ordered an Oreo Cheesecake. Yum :yum:

SATURDAY
Yesterday, we met up with Ryan’s friends from work at Glorietta 4 again to go barhopping. I arrived there at 5pm. Ryan and JR were already there, but the others will just follow. I was hungry then, so we ate at Tokyo Tokyo. After that, we walked and walked so that the food we ate would go down. Our tummies felt so stuffed!

After which, the boys decided to play DotA, while I decided to browse the net. For the second time, I screwed up my message board, but I was able to put it back up. Unfortunately, there are some bugs that need to be fixed.

Storm Signal # What?

Wow, this is a long vacation! :cheerful:

I was watching the news when suddenly they announced that a storm is coming to the Philippines and it is a very strong one. Some parts of the country has already been taken over by the storm at signal #4. In our province, we didn’t get any rain or strong winds, everything was peaceful and normal from morning until 9pm. But after that, the air feels really cold and it started drizzling.

Now, I’m worried that Ryan and I won’t be able to go shopping tomorrow afternoon. We’ve been waiting for this for days now. Ugh… We’ve formulated our plan of attack to all the stores at Market Market! I hope and pray that the storm goes away!

My old neighbor sent me an email about rhinoplasty Toronto. It was weird that she would talk about it, since she’s really pretty! But she dyed her hair purple… Ugh… I can’t believe she did that, either. People…

Since the opening of my message board last August 23 of this year, I’m so pleased to have lots of active members. I actually reorganized the boards, since for me, it felt a bit cluttered. So, I renamed some boards, added new categories and moved boards to their proper places. I like how everything is more organized now. Yay!

On Saturday, Ryan, me and a few of his friends, are going out for gimmick. JR, the mastermind, said that we’d start at Cable Car and then we’d go hop to different bars. I just hope that it doesn’t rain! Oh rain…

And yeah, time stamp: 12:02AM, I fucked up my message board… I did back up the database an hour ago, and I guess that’s a blessing in disguise. So, here I am, hoping that importing the database would help.
